In Short

• Join the Sales Operations team as an Inside Sales Representative.
• Responsible for customer acquisition through existing leads.
• Manage your own appointments and projects in the B2B sector.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Assist customers in addressing their IT security challenges.
• Consult and support SMB customers in Germany and internationally.
• Create individual offers and calculations.
• Manage your projects and sales pipeline in CRM (Odoo).
• Support Direct Sales teams in daily business.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in Inside Sales.
• Strong communication skills and confident customer interaction.
• Structured and meticulous work style with high reliability.
• Enjoy project work and customer communication in an international environment.
• Ideally, initial experience in the IT or Cybersecurity sector.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
