  • Lead full-cycle recruiting to scale the team from ~40 to 60+ employees.
  • Build scalable hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Enhance onboarding processes for better employee integration.

  • Administer employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance.
  • Support internal communications around People initiatives.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline People Ops processes.
  • Act as a cultural steward to preserve company values.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic People initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years in Recruitment or People Operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting and performance management.
  • Experience implementing new HR initiatives.
  • Proven success in remote-first environments.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful in evaluating new platforms.
  • Inquisitive and insight-driven approach.
  • Highly autonomous and proactive work style.
