  • Lead paid advertising, SEO, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Generate qualified leads and drive them into the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with content, sales enablement, sales, and executive teams.
  • Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Optimize the company’s SEO strategy for better visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report insights.
  • Collaborate on lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Continuously test new tactics and channels for growth.
  • Develop dashboards and define key metrics for performance tracking.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in demand generation or digital marketing roles.
  • Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in SEO strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-starter in a remote environment.
  • Ability to take extreme ownership of revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in UX, Design, or Market Research is beneficial.
