Overview

As the Director, HR Business Partnering you will lead a lean team of HR Business Partners and generalists, while also serving as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to critical business units.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic HRBP or similar role.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proven expertise in coaching and change leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect people and strategy.
• Experience in policy development and risk mitigation.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
