Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Graylog, you will support, build, and maintain expertise in our Threat Detection, Investigation, & Response solutions, while engaging with customers to solve their challenging problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (advantageous).
  • Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge in Linux systems administration.
  • Interest in cybersecurity concepts (SIEM, API Security).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS knowledge advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
  • Reside in North America.
