Software Quality Assurance Leader - Remote

Overview

Gravie is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Leader with deep expertise in test automation to guide our quality initiatives and ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

In Short

• Define and implement overall QA strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the design and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
• Build and mentor a high-performing QA team.
• Establish and optimize QA processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality in SDLC.
• Create comprehensive test plans and monitor test execution.
• Evaluate and implement QA tools and technologies.
• Identify quality risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Guide performance, load, and scalability testing strategies.
• Define and track key quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing QA teams.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks for web and API applications.
• Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
