Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to support our Health Plan Administration function, acting as a technical lead for the Javelina platform and overseeing complex projects to ensure system functionality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in business analysis or product management
• Deep technical knowledge of Javelina
• Expertise in claim adjudication processes
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with user acceptance testing
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Extra credit for certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management
