Overview

The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an Implementation Team, ensuring that customers realize the full value of Granicus’ software and services.

In Short

• Direct oversight of Implementation engagements including delivery, quality assurance, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead a team, providing expertise as a trusted advisor and mentor.
• Act as the primary client escalation point while maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
• Collaborate and manage team resource assignments to deliver within contractual commitments.
• Advocate for best practices in complex project scenarios.
• Continuously collaborate with Customer Support, Success, Sales, and Product Management teams.
• Maintain a team culture that promotes high client satisfaction.
• Provide key performance metrics to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Experience implementing and managing multiple complex SaaS projects.
• Passion for public sector success.
• Strong client focus and understanding of customer needs.
• Excitement for managing high visibility projects in a dynamic environment.
• World-class problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfort in presenting and leading a team virtually.
• Proven success in building and leading a client-facing group.
• Project Management experience, preferably with public sector clients.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
