Solutions Architect (ProServ) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect (ProServ) to join our world class Customer Experience (CX) team. Solutions Architects at Grafana Labs provide customers with specialized business and technical consultation, and guidance to achieve their objectives using Grafana.

In Short

• Work with customers to understand their challenges and guide them to solutions.
• Provide specialized consulting and training for Grafana offerings.
• Manage the life-cycle of customer onboarding and adoption.
• Deliver packaged training and project assurance.
• Monitor support requests and act as the voice of the customer.
• Hands-on technical delivery and project management.
• Stay current on Grafana Labs and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
• Advocate for adherence to standards and best practices.
• Help customers succeed with leading-edge technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in deployment teams and project management.
• Direct experience with observability.
• Best practices for deploying an observability stack.
• Proven track record of successful customer project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Systems architecture design experience.
• Software engineering experience or ability to read code.
• Self-starter with a vision for innovation.
• Executive presence and ability to lead functional workshops.
