Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Sourcer.
• Ability to source for various technical roles.

• Solid network of engineering and product professionals.
• Expertise in passive sourcing and pipeline development.
• Experience partnering with technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Based in the UK or Netherlands, able to work remotely.
