• Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team (technical recruiters and sourcers spanning the US and Europe).
• Own end-to-end technical hiring strategy across global engineering and product functions.
• Drive operational excellence and process scalability in hiring.
• Design, track, and interpret recruiting metrics and KPIs.
• Lead workforce planning and operational alignment.
• Partner with senior engineering and business leaders on hiring forecasts.
• Coordinate with HR, compensation, legal, and onboarding teams.
• Role can be located in the UK, Poland, or East Coast in the US.
