Chewy is looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager to join our team! This individual will collaborate with key partners to identify top talent for our rapidly growing veterinary business.

In Short

• Engage and partner with executive leaders as the recruiting SME on veterinary hiring.
• Recruit and hire Veterinarians based on needs identified by leadership.
• Build repeatable, programmatic solutions to operational processes.
• Interview veterinary candidates and facilitate interviews.
• Create and facilitate regular meeting times for candidate interviews.
• Apply analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges.
• Manage full cycle recruiting and pipelining plans.
• Build recruiting strategies and drive execution.
• Develop a pipeline of candidates in specialized areas.
• Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle.
• Build and implement multi-channel engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Recruiter.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of local DVM talent pool.
• Proven track record of applying a data-driven approach.
• Some travel may be required.
