Chewy is looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager to join our team! This individual will collaborate with key partners to identify top talent for our rapidly growing veterinary business.
In Short
Engage and partner with executive leaders as the recruiting SME on veterinary hiring.
Recruit and hire Veterinarians based on needs identified by leadership.
Build repeatable, programmatic solutions to operational processes.
Interview veterinary candidates and facilitate interviews.
Create and facilitate regular meeting times for support candidate interviews.
Apply analytical thinking to diagnose business challenges.
Manage full cycle recruiting and pipelining plans.
Build recruiting strategies and drive execution.
Develop a pipeline of candidates in specialized areas.
Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle.
Requirements
7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
2+ years of experience as a Veterinary Recruiter.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge of local DVM talent pool.
Proven track record of applying a data-driven approach.
Some travel may be required.
