Included Health is hiring a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing team of Senior Recruiters supporting our Engineering, Product, Design, and Data (EPDD) functions. This role is critical to scaling our technical recruiting capabilities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years in managing technical teams.
• Proven track record in building and scaling recruiting teams.

• Curiosity and growth mindset for continuous improvement.
• Strategic and adaptable in navigating ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using ATS data.
• Effective communicator with senior technical stakeholders.
