• Own top‑of‑funnel pipelines for Engineering, Product Management, Machine Learning, Applied AI, and Analytics & Data Science roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role needs and accelerate hiring.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies across technical domains.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent using various tools and methods.
• Maintain talent maps and competitor intelligence.
• Track and optimize sourcing funnel conversion rates.
• Run structured outbound campaigns to drive hires.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to enhance recruiting processes.
• Mentor sourcers and recruiters, contributing to team performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical sourcing experience.
• 2+ years sourcing senior leaders.
• Proven track record sourcing across Engineering and Analytics roles.
• Experience building top-of-funnel strategies.
• Ability to leverage metrics and insights.
• Expertise managing pipelines end-to-end.
• Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools.
• Strength in multitasking and prioritization.
