• Join a fast-growing talent acquisition team as a senior technical sourcer/recruiter.
• Develop and execute sourcing and hiring efforts in partnership with technical recruiters.
• Lead outbound and inbound recruiting strategies for various technical roles.

• Conduct candidate screenings and first-round interviews.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical sourcing experience in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Gem, LinkedIn, and GitHub.
• Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to optimize recruitment processes and manage multiple projects.
• Creative thinking skills to develop innovative recruitment solutions.
• Experience using analytics to track sourcing metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
