Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled Sr. Marketing Operations Architect to design, maintain and scale Grafana’s marketing technology infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of building a seamless, data-driven marketing ecosystem—ensuring data integrity, automating key processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of marketing operations experience.
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, and data modeling systems.
• Strong understanding of data synchronization across systems.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce marketing-related objects.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data flows.
• Strong teamwork skills and proactive stakeholder alignment.
• Adaptable and proactive individual with strategic thinking.
