In Short

• This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in Canada (EST only).
• Guide the direction and enhancement of our documentation.
• Manage a team of Technical Writers.
• Contribute to the writing and editing of the documentation.
• Work across the organization to identify documentation needs.
• Promote a results-focused approach within the team.
• Establish best practices for documentation across projects.
• Support a transparent project management process.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Help drive collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading and writing developer documentation.
• Ability to interact with engineering and stakeholders.
• Player/coach mentality for team engagement.
• Experience managing remotely across global time zones.
• Experience as a technical writer.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with docs-as-code, Markdown, Git, and GitHub.
