• Lead, develop, and grow a team of high-performing technical writers.
• Manage documentation templates and ensure compliance with corporate quality standards.
• Track documentation work to meet milestone dates and deliverables.
• Evaluate business cases for external documentation.

• Define and execute technical writing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communication, or related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• 6+ years in technical writing within a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and documentation tools.
• Experience creating infographics.
