We are seeking an experienced Manager, Technical Writing to lead and elevate our documentation team as we continue to scale our products and processes to support the growth of our next-generation cloud-native security platform.

In Short

• Manage a team of technical writers, ensuring high-quality output.
• Train and develop level 1 writers to advance to next level.
• Develop and enforce documentation standards and processes.
• Align documentation strategy with overall product and business goals.
• Oversee the planning and execution of documentation projects.
• Collaborate with product leadership to ensure documentation supports product success.
• Lead pubs team meetings and 1-1s with employee writers.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to define and implement documentation standards and best practices.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Expertise in technical writing and knowledge-sharing strategies.
• Experience with MadCap Flare & Git, or equivalent tools.
• Interest in analytics, style enforcement tools, and AI analysis.
