Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Relevant experience: PhD + 3 years, MS + 7 years, or BS + 10 years.
• Experience with crash and safety databases.
• Proven leadership in data science or analytics teams.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and engineering principles.
• Experience with Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with modern development practices.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex analyses.
• Highly analytical with problem-solving abilities.
