Overview

The Senior Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) will lead the Management Operating System (MOS) team, responsible for developing and improving program management mechanisms that drive company-wide alignment and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years in program or project management.

• Ability to drive alignment in cross-functional environments.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and tracking commitments.
• Familiarity with robotics or autonomous systems is a plus.
• Proven track record in developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
