Overview

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Product Documentation Manager/Technical Writer to structure and maintain all user and technical documentation for our platform.

In Short

• Define a clear and intuitive content organization for different user types.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, interactive tutorials, and technical documents.
• Write clear, accessible, and engaging documentation tailored to different audiences.
• Ensure continuous updates to documentation based on product evolutions.
• Manage translation and internationalization of documentation when needed.
• Structure and optimize the knowledge base on Zendesk.
• Analyze user feedback to improve documentation experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Marketing, and Development teams.
• Create video tutorials, infographics, and interactive guides.
• Suggest improvements in the organization and format of documentation content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical writing or documentation management.
• Strong understanding of user needs and documentation best practices.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar documentation platforms.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with video creation and interactive content development.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
