CPFR Manager (Retail Forecasting and Replenishment Manager) - Remote

Overview

We're seeking a strategic CPFR Manager to optimize our supply chain and sales performance with key retail partners. You'll lead collaborative demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management to ensure product availability while strengthening relationships with major retailers.

In Short

• Lead the development of joint business plans and forecasts with retail partners.
• Drive consensus on unified forecasts to support production plans and retailer sales targets.
• Manage replenishment processes to ensure optimal inventory levels across stores.
• Partner with third-party service providers to execute in-store initiatives.
• Utilize syndicated data and internal sales data to analyze trends and inventory health.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing teams to align on product launches.
• Serve as primary CPFR contact for retailer communications.
• Identify and implement CPFR process improvements.
• Track and report on critical CPFR KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvements through feedback loops with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in retail operations or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of CPFR methodologies and tools.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing large-scale retail partnerships preferred.
• Familiarity with retail ERP and forecasting tools.
• Understanding of retail trends and challenges.
• Nice-to-have: SQL and Python programming skills.
