Forecast and Replenishment Analyst (Grocery) - Remote

Overview

The Forecast and Replenishment Analyst (Grocery) will play an essential role in facilitating success in some of our key retailers, driving ongoing forecasting and replenishment needs, executing operations strategy, and developing collaborative relationships with key external partners.

In Short

• Guide and track all aspects of retailer forecasts.
• Conduct weekly replenishment analysis.
• Daily item maintenance on SKUs.
• Co-develop and execute annual business plan goals.
• Build and maintain Monthly Demand Forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for retail operational process improvements.
• Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years in an analytical, planning, data-driven role.
• Experience with retail partners and demand planning systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written/oral communication skills.
• Exceptionally insightful and comfortable with large data sets.
• Resilient and scrappy, excited by new challenges.
• Extremely organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
