In Short

  • Own and efficiently scale customer acquisition driven through offline channels.
  • Take ownership over attribution modeling and identifying incremental ROI.
  • Hit new customer growth, CPA, ROAS, and LTV targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and media buying strategies.
  • Perform ad optimizations and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Identify and articulate ad creative performance learnings.
  • Project manage creative development cycles with designers and copywriters.
  • Compile industry research and produce recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of work experience in an analytically challenging role.
  • Experience in high-growth direct-to-consumer brand-side marketing.
  • Ownership mentality and a bias towards action.
  • Structured thinker and communicator.
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a focus on helping others.
  • Understanding of customer behavior and product messaging.
  • Sense of humor.
