The Consumer marketing team at TMB is looking for a Manager, Performance Marketing to oversee paid media channels and drive measurable results.

• Manage all paid media channels (META & Google).
• Oversee campaign execution, strategy, reporting, and optimization.
• Analyze performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative teams for campaign asset delivery.
• Utilize AI tools for rapid creative development.
• Prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms.
• Manage media budgets effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6-7 years in Digital Media buying; 2+ years in Social Media/SEM.
• Strong in cross-channel media buying and project management.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, BI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
