VSCO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media, acquisition, and app store optimization efforts. This role is pivotal in driving user growth and engagement by strategically leveraging various performance marketing channels.

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance.
• Drive user acquisition through a data-driven approach.
• Develop and implement ASO strategies to improve app visibility.
• Manage and grow a VSCO affiliate program.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user onboarding.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Passion for photography and the creative community is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of success in managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ASO principles.
• Experience managing affiliate marketing programs.
• Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
