Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in photography curation or related fields.
• Experience in building and scaling programs for artistic communities.
• Knowledge of machine learning or algorithmic systems.
• Highly organized and entrepreneurial in optimizing processes.
• Expertise in photography and visual culture.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and balance creativity with strategy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in maintaining relationships with creators.
