Overview

The Demand Forecasting Manager is responsible for developing a comprehensive sales forecast for various SKUs across multiple therapies, focusing on Tier 2/3 markets managed by the Customer Supply Chain Organisation at GSK.

In Short

  • Manage demand planning and volume forecasting for GSK’s Tier 2/3 markets.
  • Ensure appropriate inventory levels in MMWs/LSPs and LOCs.
  • Lead monthly cross-functional Pre-Demand Review Meetings.
  • Utilize various methods for total volume forecasting.
  • Contribute to strategic global and regional projects.
  • Monitor and visualize demand forecasting KPIs.
  • Drive improvements in accuracy and service levels.
  • Support the Cluster Supply Chain Lead and Demand Forecasting Director.
  • Promote a ‘one number’ mindset for business decision-making.
  • Foster an inclusive and growth-oriented workplace culture.

Requirements

  • University graduate or relevant practical experience.
  • Experience in Commercial Sales, Marketing, or Demand Forecasting.
  • Specialist knowledge of Demand Forecasting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and data visualization experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of supply chain forecasting software.
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
