Manager of Planning and Forecasting - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Planning and Forecasting will have a critical role in driving improved cross-functional decision-making processes through the development of robust business tools, data analysis, and operating cadences. This role will imbed deeply across numerous departments within Signify Health’s Product and Member Engagement teams to understand the business, and collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, such as Finance, Network Operations, Production, Product, Clinical Operations, and Customer Success in all aspects to evaluate cross-functional capacity and labor constraints, confidently predict operational forecasts, and make recommendations to senior leadership as to planning and forecasting of our production volume.

• Develop, test, and implement forecasts for production volume.
• Evaluate operational trends impacting production volume.
• Work cross-functionally to gather and interpret inputs for forecasts.
• Create and maintain capacity planning models.
• Execute cross-functional planning and forecasting review cadences.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements documentation.
• Own the operational reporting roadmap.
• Support the development of metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analyses and share insights.
• Deliver accurate reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or financial reporting.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with SQL and Power BI/Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business information.
• Knowledge of workforce management principles.
• Quantitative/qualitative data analysis skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience using data science techniques.
