Overview

As an Outbound Call Center Representative at CVS Health, you will engage with members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans to offer and schedule healthcare evaluations, contributing to improved health outcomes.

In Short

  • Make 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer.
  • Follow approved scripts to explain and schedule healthcare evaluations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work in a metrics driven environment.
  • Good computer skills and multitasking ability.
  • Desire to work efficiently in a results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Must have reliable internet service.
