Overview

As an Outbound Call Center Representative at CVS Health, you will engage with members of various Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans to offer, explain, and schedule free healthcare evaluations, all while working in a supportive remote environment.

In Short

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer.
  • Present and explain healthcare evaluation options to members.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
  • Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries professionally.
  • Adjust and manage appointment schedules as needed.
  • Monitor performance results and report issues to managers.
  • Participate in peer coaching sessions.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and privacy guidelines.
  • Complete 10 days of paid training.
  • Work from home with provided equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule.
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
