Overview

As an Outbound Call Center Representative at CVS Health, you will engage with members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans to schedule healthcare evaluations, contributing to our mission of transforming health care.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and professional courtesy.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking ability.
  • Desire to work efficiently in a results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule.
  • Friendly and conversational demeanor.
  • Ability to handle member complaints professionally.
