Overview

The Outbound Call Center Representative at CVS Health is responsible for contacting members of various health plans to schedule free healthcare evaluations while meeting productivity and quality goals.

In Short

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer.
  • Follow approved scripts to explain and schedule healthcare evaluations.
  • Meet daily productivity goals, including appointments set and calls made.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.
  • Monitor performance results and report member complaints.
  • Participate in coaching sessions to improve performance.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and privacy guidelines.
  • Work from home with required internet service.
  • Complete 10 days of paid training.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and professional courtesy.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule.
  • Strong computer skills to use multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Desire to work in a results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to effectively handle rebuttals and objections.
  • Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet.
  • Successful completion of background check required.
