Aledade is seeking a Manager of Finance, Planning and Analysis to oversee revenue and practice share forecasting, collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and strategic insights.

In Short

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for revenue and practice share.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Analytics, Performance, and Actuarial teams.
• Consolidate inputs and integrate data into forecasting models.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts to leadership.
• Evaluate forecasts against actual performance and highlight variances.
• Analyze financial statement impacts from internal and external factors.
• Support development of strategic financial initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical abilities to synthesize data and provide insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A with a focus on revenue forecasting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Experience in presenting financial forecasts.
• Strong analytical and data synthesis skills.
