Overview

GEICO is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead the technical onboarding of new data use cases to their Data Lakehouse, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.

• Experience with data lakehouse technologies (e.g., Delta Lake).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup and best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and data technologies.
• Experience with Apache Spark, Flink, and Kafka.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance principles.
