In Short

• Join the Total Rewards team as a Compensation & Equity Analyst.
• Design, analyze, and maintain competitive compensation and equity programs.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
• Support cyclical compensation programs including promotions and salary benchmarking.
• Partner with Finance and Legal teams for equity program administration.
• Provide compensation analysis and guidance to HRBPs and leaders.
• Support annual compensation reviews with data-driven insights.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benchmarking tools.
• Knowledge of compensation practices in North America and Europe.
• Experience with equity programs including stock options.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
