GoodParty.org is seeking a passionate and driven Online Community Manager to be the vital link between our growing community of candidates, elected officials, and their supporters, and our transformative mission: to ensure people matter more than money in our democracy. You will be instrumental in shaping innovative programs, compelling content, and engaging strategies that translate directly into tangible, real-world political impact. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.

In Short

• Manage community platform including posting and moderation.
• Provide member support with a customer service mindset.
• Build and maintain content calendars and project management systems.
• Coordinate live events such as trainings and panels.
• Develop new courses to serve educational resources.
• Drive KPIs for community growth and conversion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of community management experience.
• Experience leading communities of at least 3,000 members.
• Ability to drive conversions from engagement to product adoption.
• Skilled in designing scalable systems for community management.
• Strong communication skills with digital content experience.
• Data-driven and growth-oriented mindset.
• Technical proficiency with community platforms and CRMs.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
