Overview

As a Paralegal on GoodLeap’s Capital Markets Legal team, you will play a vital role in supporting complex financing transactions and ongoing legal operations that directly impact GoodLeap’s mission of facilitating sustainable home solutions.

In Short

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of documentation for structured finance transactions.
• Draft resolutions and governance documents for GoodLeap entities.
• Manage document trackers for transaction terms and compliance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the Capital Markets Legal function.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in capital markets or structured finance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of capital markets and corporate governance processes.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong research, drafting, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
