VP Capital Markets - Remote

Overview

The VP Capital Markets will define and secure the capital that powers re:cap’s marketplace, working closely with the senior leadership team to ensure sustainable business growth.

In Short

• Define and shape capital supply strategy.
• Anticipate funding needs and capital market opportunities.
• Lead refinancing programs and manage relationships with capital providers.
• Structure and negotiate financing agreements.
• Manage treasury operations and monitor portfolio performance.
• At least 5 years of experience in structured finance or asset-backed financing.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of risk management.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

• 5+ years in structured finance or asset-backed financing.
• Proven track record in managing complex financing transactions.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with tech-driven or remote companies preferred.
