Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and creative Real Estate Marketing Intern to support our Capital Markets team. This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of real estate and marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real-world campaigns and projects.

In Short

• Assist Broker with various appropriate duties and learn all aspects of brokerage.
• Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Support listing promotions through digital channels.
• Generate and distribute communication blasts.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events as requested.
• Execute administration activities including data entry and updates to spreadsheets.
• Maintain property, lease, and contract files.
• Promote positive relationships with tenants and owners.
• Assist with event and project planning.
• Engage with marketing and other vendors as needed.

Requirements

• Interest in real estate and marketing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
