Manager, Capital Markets - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Capital Markets will be responsible for capital markets activities spanning across capital raising, execution, and modeling work to support the advancement of those opportunities.

In Short

• Focus on developing and executing Excel financial models to support Tax Equity and Debt capital funding.
• Lead the execution of tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes with external stakeholders.
• Responsible for reporting associated with Palmetto Finance to key financial stakeholders.
• Enhance existing processes and workflows for more efficiency.
• Liaison with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key banks and other partners.
• Highly attuned to customer needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; master’s or MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or capital markets; solar industry experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Proactively identifies improvement opportunities across systems and processes.
• Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
