Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of GoodLeap's Virtual Power Plant (VPP) programs, ensuring optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Knowledge of SCADA/grid software tools.
• Operations excellence and attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking with a bias for execution.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in large datasets.
• Clear communication skills.
