• Organizing maintenance and repair work for buildings and engineering networks at the Elektrėnai complex.
• Creating maintenance schedules and budgets for the managed area.
• Preparing annual procurement plans and initiating purchases.
• Ensuring contract execution and control at the Elektrėnai complex.
• Providing proposals for investment projects and works at the Elektrėnai complex.
• Participating in project activities and executing assigned investment projects.
• Organizing defect elimination processes for operational facilities.

Requirements

• Higher education in construction engineering.
• 3 years of experience in organizing maintenance work for buildings and engineering networks.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations in the energy and construction sectors.
• English language proficiency at least at B1 level.
• Skills in Microsoft programs (SharePoint, Office, Teams, Outlook, Power BI).
• Driver's license category B.
• Certification as a construction manager would be an advantage.
