Director of Capital Markets - Project Finance - Remote

Overview

The Director of Capital Markets will lead the TPO vertical and play a crucial role in executing GoodLeap's strategy for financing solar lease and power purchase agreement projects.

• Manage junior team members in the TPO financing platform.
• Develop and implement financial models for project financing.
• Deepen relationships with existing investors and expand the investor base.
• Manage various consultants to execute financing transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in project finance deal processes.
• Experience managing junior team members.
• Expert with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working proficiency with SQL; Python is a plus.
• Understanding of basic accounting statements.
• Understanding of various debt and equity financing structures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Superb attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to read and interpret legal documents.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
