Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of enterprise-level technical support experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex application issues.
• Technical curiosity and critical thinking aptitude.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management.
• Able to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to AWS Services (CloudWatch, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Understanding of at least one database language.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, C++, etc.).
