Overview

The CRM Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth communication with commercial users, creating and sending CRM newsletters, and enhancing user engagement through automated lifecycle communication.

In Short

  • Responsible for communication with commercial users.
  • Design, create, and send CRM newsletters and campaigns using Braze.
  • Plan, implement, and test automated lifecycle communication via email and in-app messages.
  • Develop marketing concepts and execute campaigns independently.
  • Create testing plans and build automations in Braze.
  • Develop targeted customer segmentation for personalized experiences.
  • Accountable for KPIs and regular reporting for performance optimization.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in CRM or digital marketing.
  • Practical experience with CRM automation tools like Braze; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Creative and data-driven approach with technical understanding of marketing processes.
  • Passionate about shaping digital products with social value.
  • Ability to work interdisciplinary and quickly learn new topics.
  • Fluent in German and English.
