CRM Manager - Remote

Overview

The CRM Manager will be responsible for selling bluesign services to textile manufacturing mills, brands, and chemical suppliers in India, establishing solid customer relations, and supporting customers in implementing the bluesign® system in their organizations.

• Sell bluesign services to textile manufacturing mills and brands in India.
• Establish solid customer relations with existing customers.

• Cooperate with SGS India in event management.
• Attend trade shows to acquire new customers.
• Support cross-country CRM activities.
• Ensure achievement of country objectives and budgets.
• Lead the acquisition process and coordinate customer activities.
• Deliver presentations and participate in fairs.
• Provide regular feedback on sales and market developments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the textile manufacturing chain.
• Profound knowledge of the textile supply chain.
• Strong sales background or willingness to transition into sales.
• Excellent people skills and networking abilities.
• Knowledge in textile chemistry and processing.
• Organizational skills and high level of independency.
• Good English skills in writing and speaking.
