Overview

The Senior Director, Global Sales & Business Development of the Photonics division leads the G&H Photonics sales team in the US, Europe and APAC to drive top line growth, deliver annual revenue targets and create new business opportunities and design wins.

In Short

• Own sales and business development for the Photonics division
• Build, organize and lead a high performing Global Sales team
• Represent the Sales function to the President of the division
• Optimize sales channels and resources
• Lead the creation and execution of the annual revenue budget
• Manage named account, opportunity funnel and design wins
• Lead periodic sales reviews and ensure collaboration across departments
• Ensure consistent use of company sales tools and CRM
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management for growth planning
• Provide insight on market trends and customer service standards

• Experience in sales and business development in the photonics industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans

• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
